About
Mr. Tan spent a majority of his career at JTC, a government agency formed to develop Singapore's industrial infrastructure. His conducts its policy, planning and development efforts. For instance, Mr. Tan was involved in the reclaiming and promotion of Jurong Island, and led the Jurong Rock Caverns project, an underground oil depository facility. Currently, he supervises the master planning and development of JTC’s next generation industrial estates.
