About
Mr. Nee has been in charge of building Singapore’s energy network at EMA, a statutory board tasked with ensuring a reliable and secure energy source, promoting effective competition in the energy market, and cultivating a vibrant energy sector in the country.
Under his leadership, his teams has been fostering novel policies as well as research and development efforts, developing a power sector workforce that is well-equipped for the future, and promoting energy thought leadership since 2012. Also, Mr. Nee runs a new National Energy Transformation Office that coordinates energy research and development and enabling policies for the Singapore government as a whole.
