Investigating existing testbed opportunities in Singapore and UCB

We attempt to survey and collect detailed information to evaluate existing testbed opportunities in Singapore and UC-Berkeley campus within the context and goals of SinBerBEST. Sample testbeds linking different activities of other thrusts are schematically shown in Figure 3.
