SinBerBEST Graduate Student Wins Best Paper Award

Min Jin, a graduate student at UC Berkeley, won the Best Paper Award for the paper,  Sensing by Proxy: Occupancy Detection Based on Indoor CO2 Concentration at the Ninth International Conference on Mobile Ubiquitous Computing, Systems, Services and Technologies. His co-authors include Nikolaos Bekiaris-Liberis (post-doc), Kevin Weekly (UC Berkeley gradudate student,) and Professors Costas Spanos and Alexandre Bayen. Besides receiving digital awards, they are also invited to submit an extended article to one of the International Academy, Research and Industry Association Journals.
